What is your shipping schedule? All orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL or UPS to ensure freshness. You can shop online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please note that Orders placed after 8:00PM EST, will be process the following day.
Delivery Notes: Please keep in mind that your gift is a perishable item. Be sure to select a delivery address where they can be cared immediately upon arrival. Weather-related conditions may interrupt shipping schedule. In the event we encounter any weather, state of affairs a Floral Specialist will contact you and make necessary preparations to re-schedule your flower shipment. What are your shipping charges? All items online have a shipping charge accessible at the end of the transaction.
Where do you ship? Continental United States *ONLY*.
What can I do if my shipment is delay? If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact our Floral Specialist Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST at 1-877-281-0327 , or email: shoprite@vistaflor.com and save your email receipt.
IMPORTANT: If your order is not delivered, we will initiate a trace and/or issue a refund if need it.
What time will the flowers arrive? For all locations* within the continental United States: Estimate delivery for urban areas will be 12:00 PM and rural areas by 4:30 pm on the requested delivery date.
What happens if the recipient is not there to receive the flowers? All shipments required a "signature release," which means that FedEx, DHL or UPS will obtain a signature from any person at the delivery address.
Note: Signature required at time of delivery for all orders deliver between Tuesday and Thursday. Due to restrictions from our carrier, there will be no signature require for Fridays. If the recipient is not home at time of delivery, the package will be left at their door.
What is your guarantee? We are proud to send the freshest, most beautiful flowers. Your complete satisfaction is our guarantee. What happens if I have a claim? Claims must be made within 48 Hours of receiving your product. Refer to our guarantee tab for additional information.
Can I cancel my order? Cancellations are required within 48 hours of the date/time you placed your order. To cancel an order within 48 hours please call 1-877-281-0327, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, or email: shoprite@vistaflor.com and save your email receipt. Refer to our guarantee tab for additional information.
How is sales tax calculated? State sales taxes are calculated automatically during the checkout process in accordance with the tax laws applicable to the city and / or state of the purchase.
Will you confirm my order by return email? YES, when you place your order, you will receive an automatic Order Confirmation Number via e-mail.
Will my credit card get process right away? All purchases are subject to credit card authorization before your order is valid. Please take the appropriate steps when you order by calling your bank to verify credit limit and make sure authorization goes through.
Note: Your credit card will be charged when the item ships.
